The updated version is Foundation PHP5 for Flash, but that one wasn’t written by me and I can’t vouch for it.

Hey, great book, and i believe an update would be very useful. Since i’m a little late (like 2 years), have the updates been made ?

Dean: Unfortunately the phpforflash.com domain slipped and the hosting expired so what one was phpforflash.com is no more. However, the files are still available for download from the Friends of Ed website.

Tim: The source code for the forum application running on http://www.phpforflash.com is available from here. There are two versions, one using FFF Star (a commercial font from fontsforflash.com) and one using FFF Harmony (a free alternative from the same site).
